Phoenix 99 LEMC: Super Sausage

Brilliant ride out today to Super Sausage Café in Potterspury. Only three of us out today—myself, Martin Ace, and Dean Meekcoms—but the weather was spot on for the two-hour trek. Even though it’s a fair distance, it was absolutely worth the effort; the place was packed with bikes when we arrived, a proper biker’s destination. 🏍️💨 ​It would have been great to have more of the pack with us, but I appreciate it was very short notice! 🐦‍🔥 ​The Kurviger App provided a great route with some incredible scenery, though we’ll likely cap the "heavy gear change" sections to 90 minutes next time to save our clutch hands from seizing up!
