Start a Chapter

Those interested in establishing a new chapter of Phoenix 99 LEMC must demonstrate commitment to the club’s values, structure, and professional standards.

At a basic level, applicants must:

Be an existing, trusted member in good standing.

• Have a small core group of eligible members ready to form the chapter

• Show the ability to organise rides, communication, and local administration

• Agree to operate under Phoenix 99 HQ governance, branding, and policies

• Maintain the club’s standards of conduct, integrity, and inclusivity

All new chapters are subject to approval by Phoenix 99 HQ and will initially operate under a probationary period to ensure consistency across the club. 

Chapters will be assigned by region. There can only be one club per region.
