Phoenix 99 chapters operate under a single constitution and set of standards to protect the integrity of the club, while allowing each chapter to develop its own identity, culture, and presence. We recognise the contribution of both police officers and police staff and welcome those who uphold professionalism, mutual respect, and independence of thought.
All new chapters are formed through an application and approval process to ensure alignment with the club’s values and long-term sustainability. Our aim is to grow steadily, responsibly, and in a way that strengthens Phoenix 99 as a whole.
