Why are you offering this service?
The three owners of Phoenix 99 all ride BMW motorcycles and originally purchased the GS-911 for our own bikes and club members. Recognising its value, we decided to make the service available beyond the club and support the wider BMW riding community.

Do your members free access?
BMW-owning members receive free GS-911 access for as long as they remain part of Phoenix 99. With membership costing just £5 per month, most riders recover the cost within a few uses, before even considering the wider benefits of club membership.
Are you trained to use the device?
We are not qualified technicians, but we are experienced users of the GS-911 and operate it in line with the manufacturer’s instructions and guidance.

Important Information:
The GS911 unit is NOT for sale.
Appointments are required.
Based in Essex (Canvey Island) – Most appointments will take place here.
We may be able to travel depending on location, but preference is given to appointments at our Canvey base.
The process typically takes up to 20 minutes, depending on the service required.
We are not motorcycle mechanics – this tool is simply to help identify issues or reset service lights.
A portion of all proceeds will go toward our supported charities at the end of the financial year.
